As we offer service-based solutions only (no product sales), our refund policy is limited to the conditions below:

Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a partial or full refund if:

  • The technician did not arrive for the scheduled service.

  • The service was canceled in advance (minimum 2 hours before the scheduled visit).

  • The technician could not perform the repair due to internal issues (e.g., unavailable tools or parts).

  • The issue was not resolved and no further service was offered within the warranty period (if applicable).

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • If the service was successfully delivered and acknowledged by the customer.

  • If the issue reappears due to external causes, misuse, or poor maintenance.

  • If incorrect details (location, contact, brand) were provided at the time of booking.

  • If the customer cancels after the technician has arrived or refuses service on-site.

Service Warranty Alternative

In cases where a repair does not resolve the issue, and it falls within the warranty period (up to 30 days), we offer a free revisit or re-inspection instead of a refund.
